Job Description

About the Role

The role shall be responsible in creating and maintaining data pipelines from various source systems. The successful candidates shall collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and basically, anyone that produces and consumes data in the company. The role tracks performance, gives visibility and helps optimize company services and business activities. The role must be able to contribute solutions that might revolutionize service, generate new business models or provide competitive advantage through data and democratize data and empower people to use it.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Identify accuracy and completeness of the data ecosystem.
• Maintain data catalog to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and appropriate access.
• Oversee and monitor regulatory compliance for utilization of the data.
• Use system reports and analyses to identify potentially problematic data, make corrections, and eliminate root causes for data problems or justify solutions to be implemented by others.
• Create complex charts and databases, perform statistical analyses, and develop graphs and tables for publication and presentation.
• Work with stakeholders about data-related inquiries, assist on technical issues, and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Test prototype software and participate in the approval and release process for new software.
• Provide documentation based on audit and reporting criteria to the Data Analytics Team.

What You’ll Need

• 1 – 3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Management, Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in Data Modelling and Warehousing, SQL, Python, Data Analysis and Visualization
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and large datasets
• Must be able to think big and think strategically
• High level of initiative and curiosity
• Must be detail-oriented
• Willing to learn new skills relevant to the role
• Able to communicate and collaborate well with cross-functional stakeholders

About the Team

The QuadX Data Management and Analytics team manages the whole organization’s data platform for business intelligence and analytics. This platform produces data as a product and as a service, to provide information and decision support, discover insights, share knowledge, track performance, provide visibility to optimize business processes, and a whole lot of other solutions that make use of data to bring positive impact to the business.
