About the Role 

The team leader role will be responsible for day to day operations, process compliance, and smooth operation flow, facilitate issue resolution, enhance productivity and operational efficiency, and also support Hub Supervisor to deliver the most reliable hub services.

What You’ll Do 

  • Validation of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, pick up orders and RTS
  • Ensure backroom activities is smoothly operational
  • Check and report any discrepancies
  • Assist Hub Supervisor on applicable ad-hoc tasks like staffing concerns

What You’ll Need 

  • Must be at least college level
  • A graduate of any 4-year business course is an advantage
  • Must be hardworking and willing to learn
  • Must be willing to work on flexible hours
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be willing to work 6-days a week
  • Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries
  • Must be Proficient or at least familiar with Microsoft Office spec. – Word and Excel
  • Can offer work beyond the call of duty
  • Supports team initiatives and or any abrupt changes within the team/company
  • Multi-skilling
  • A passion for QuadX!

The QuadX Operations team is composed of Business operations, Network Expansion , Sorting and Reverse Logistics operations, Linehaul and Shuttling operations and Fleet Operations . We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customers through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide.
