About the Role 

QuadX’s Operations Support Specialist is vital on most of the critical aspects of operations. We are seeking an individual to join our delivery partnership program “KaberX Delivery Champion” focusing on Visayas and Mindanao region. He or she will be primarily responsible for managing all delivery partners in the VisMin region from acquisition to operation management.

What You’ll Do 

Acquisition and Deployment

  • Support delivery partner acquisition and deployment.
  • Perform various approaches to generate pool potential partners to be maintained shortlisted for deployment consequently.
  • Create and/or keep all acquisition and training relevant materials and other collaterals updated with all changes and processes improvement.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new delivery partners.

Performance Management and Support

  • Respond and address operational concerns of delivery partners and customer service teams.
  • Perform proactive calls, if necessary, to resolve issues more efficiently.
  • Participate in team or departmental projects and or performance review to improve overall customer experience & team/departmental SLAs; others as assigned by immediate superior.
  • Prepare, track and present reports necessary in performance management.
  • Monitor order statuses with the intent to avoid claims and meet SLA.
  • Effectively document all necessary items and processes impacting delivery partnership operation.

What You’ll Need 

  • Knowledge on basic SQL is preferred
  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • At least 2 years – experience handling similar work in a fast moving and service driven environment.
  • Tech savvy and very proficient in Microsoft Office and google applications, particularly sheets.
  • Good communication skills (written or oral), comprehension, troubleshooting and analytical skills; with very strong EQ.
  • Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to develop and manage measurement metrics.
  • Willing to travel (mostly domestic) as needed in order to get things done.
  • Can adopt in utilizing various platforms and tools to manage and measure operational performance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime if the situation demands

We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customers through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide. Managing our delivery partners is part of Network Expansion which is an integral part of the entire QuadX Operations to increase business profitability.
