Job Description

Responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team by performing market research, market analysis and maintaining customer relationship management tool.

Will support the work of the Marketing Department and Executives on Projects directed to maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as the long term growth of the company

  • The marketing function such as performing marketing research, collect publicly available information, to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies is one of the top priority responsibility.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Collaborating with the graphic designer, marketing team members, other internal teams, client’s and partners, on marketing strategy.
  • Helping identify market trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
  • Working Closely with sales and marketing department
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects and events
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analysis,
  • rankings, etc.,)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information during pre and post events
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional and digital campaigns, and attend to them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Write Marketing Literature (Brochures, press releases.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Communicate directly with vendors and encourage trusting relationship
  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
  • Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects.
