  • Participates in the preparation and negotiation of contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Responds to employee inquiries in timely manner regarding employee contracts information and trouble-shoots in an attempt to resolve employee concerns.
  • Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare contract letters and other communications and notices
  • Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Collaborate with operations team and internal clients on contract details
  • Develop and maintain digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records
  • Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant information has been met
  • Reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be graduate of Legal Management, Human Resource Development Management and other related course
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly in MS Word, powerpoint presentation, photoshop and other creative tools.
  • Systematic, organized, creative and with initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
