ADMIN ASSISTANT
*Strictly open to all Batangas City residents and nearby towns ONLY
*Must be willing to work onsite in Batangas City at least once a week
– Tue-Fri: WFH
– Sat: Onsite
Job Description:
✅ Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
✅ Manage filing systems
✅ Maintain office equipment as needed
✅ Maintain and update company databases
✅ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
✅ Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and process the requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed
✅ Order and monitor stock of office supplies
✅ Help organize and maintain office common areas
✅ Coordinate events if necessary
✅ Participate in meetings with the management
✅ Performing general office clerk duties and errands
✅ Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups
✅ Find ways to improve administrative processes
✅ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
✅ Has at least 1year experience as Admin Staff
✅ High level of integrity
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Excellent organizational skills
✅ Exceptional attention to detail
✅ Can work with minimal supervision
✅ Solid time management skills
✅ Must be able to effectively negotiate and deal with people on behalf of the company at all levels
✅ Creative ability & writing proficiency
✅ Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
✅ Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
✅ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
✅ Must be knowledgeable on basic computer troubleshooting
