Web Junior Project Coordinator

This is a work from home position. Occasional in-person client or office meetings may be needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing a project from start to finish, including, but not limited to:
• Project scoping
• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinate with staff and resources
• Managing project progress and adapt as situations arise
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Ensure projects meet acceptable quality
• Prepare, present, and oversee all project documentation
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct project reviews and creating reports
• Optimize and improve processes as necessary
• Helping to managing a diverse team

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good written and verbal English is needed
• Ideal candidate should have a degree in a field of IT or Computer Science. But willingness to learn and web and technology savvy is ok.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks and projects
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Must understand the trade-offs between time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Familiarity with the process of web application and/or mobile app development a plus.
• Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and any development frameworks is a plus.
