Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate customer service and assistance
  • Helps customers choose the right product.
  • Ensures that the correct products needed by the customers are captured well.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with the BPO is a plus
  • Taking, Sales, or retail account, or reservation account.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to work onsite in Dumaguete
  • Can start ASAP.
